"My mom cried at the book. Worth every dollar of the year."
— Helena, PortlandPhoto printing, on a quiet schedule
The year your phone forgot, printed and waiting on the table.
Every month, thirty real prints from your camera roll arrive in the mail. At year's end, a hardcover book of the whole year. You don't sort, pick, or remember to do anything.
October — shipping now
What's coming in October's box
Thirty prints on archival matte paper, a thin envelope with a handwritten note from whoever curated yours, and a small bundle of brass clips. We shipped 14,200 boxes this month from our shop in Hudson, NY.
How we choose yours
A real person picks them. Not a robot, not you.
You connect your photo library once. Each month, one of our four curators — Maya, Theo, Priya, or Sam — sits with your camera roll for about twenty minutes and pulls thirty photos that hang together. They lean toward the in-between moments: the laundry pile with the toddler in it, the half-eaten cake. You can swap any print before we ship.
The year, bound
And in December, the year arrives bound.
Every December we send a hardcover book — 240 pages, linen cover, your name and the year embossed in unfilled type on the spine. It's drawn from everything we printed for you that year, plus the prints you swapped out we never threw away. It's the thing your kids will steal from your shelf in twenty years.

A note from the print shop
Why we print.
I started this because my dad died in 2021 and the only photos of him I could find were on a hard drive I couldn't open. My mom had a single shoebox of prints from before 2008 — that's all my kids will ever see of him. We print so the next shoebox is bigger.
